We believe that there has long been a need for a serious range of professional barbecue equipment on the market - for both private and professional.Copenhagen BBQ Aps Starter Alex Provstgaard, former owner of Kbgrillfester.dk, which specializes in cooking on the grill for over 30 years. Kbgrillfester.dk has among other things been going for preparation of roast boar for Prince Henrik’s 70th birthday in 2004. In addition, the company has been cooking for parties of up to 1700 people and working with a number of recognized people in cooking, including TV chefs Nikolaj Kirk and Henrik Boserup.With our background we have the best background to develop our barbecue and accessories under the brand CARBON DIABLO. We are through with own experiences what our product should be and what we have needed. We know what qualities and features it should have in order to give the most and which ones are redundant.
