PRO STEEL carries out all your wood and steel transformation work: PROFILING is a progressive cold deformation of steel or non-ferrous strips. We pass the piece between forming rollers to adjust it to a defined shape. PRO STEEL shapes numerous grades of steel: construction steel, mild steel, lacquered, galvanized, electro-galvanized, plastic-coated with or without protection, stainless steel, lacquered aluminum, copper, brass. For MOULDING, PRO STEEL shapes wood and its derivatives to achieve a wide variety of possible forms. The resulting product is lightweight and economical, and it is easily and elegantly dressed during the wrapping process. WRAPPING is a custom-made realization. We adhere a decorative film to profiles of all kinds (steel, aluminum, natural wood, MDF, PVC, polypropylene) using forming rollers, meticulously following the nature and shape of the profile to be wrapped and the criteria defined by the user.
