The lines are custom-made with heating options available in gas or electric. 2 brands are offered: SDTN, dedicated to industrial clients seeking high throughput and equipment subject to strict cleanliness and food safety requirements. Throughput can reach up to 3500 products spread per hour and up to 70,000 dosed products per hour. - SDTN's expertise revolves around 2 cooking processes and downstream processes. • Cooking on a cast iron crown for individual products (round, square, triangular, …) • Cooking on a cylinder or heated conveyor for filled dough strips. • All techniques for filling, folding, rolling, stacking, cooling, and conveying. The Lab by SDTN, dedicated to artisans wishing to combine ease of use and precise heating (gas or electric) in a spirit of tradition. This range can be adapted for cooking crêpes and galettes, waffles, and ice cream cones in a homemade spirit from 100% manual to fully automatic.
